Ridge Creek Cabin Amazing gathering space with entertainment for everyone, and a kids bunkroom

Ridge Creek Retreat was our first mountain home, and the perfect place for family and friends who want to be near all the attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Ideally located with easy access to Dollywood –12 min, Wears Valley–10 min, Sevierville & Island at Pigeon Forge–10 min, we've set up Ridge Creek Retreat for indoor-outdoor living for everyone.

Free high speed Wi-Fi, a theater for 15, luxury kitchen, a covered outdoor living room (TV, fridge, fireplace & grill), arcade, foosball, shuffleboard, hot tub, porch swing, pool table. Just steps to the community pool. We’ve thought of everything so you can relax & enjoy.

As you enter the resort, you see the pool on your left. Our cabin is one of the closest to the pool. It is an easy walk. There are no steep, windy roads to our short, flat paved driveway, which has parking for 5+ cars.

OUTDOOR LIVING: The first thing you'll see is our new covered outdoor living room. It has a magnificent real stone fireplace, gas grill, fridge, and comfy couches. Corn hole, giant Jenga, the Roku TV, and Connect 4 will keep everyone entertained. There's dining seating for everyone. Many guests practically live out here. I definitely do when I am there. The regular breeze and overhead fans keep this shaded area cool all summer.

Enter your door code and step into the main floor to a classic Smoky Mountain cabin. This is the heart of the home. Huge windows rise to your left, and a massive stone fireplace reaches to the soaring cathedral ceilings in front of you. Play games, watch TV, cook a meal all with space for everyone. Settle in for a great vacation. We've had families tell us they never left the cabin the whole vacation- entertainment, space and relaxation activities for everyone. 

This open level has the dining area with custom 8 foot hickory table and new luxury kitchen with bar seating for 6. Also the main living room with leather furniture and large Roku HD TV. 

MORE OF WHAT YOU’LL LOVE:

KITCHEN: A spectacular new chef's kitchen. Equipped with plenty of room to cook and entertain. Granite countertops, a huge island with counter seating, two pantries for plenty of storage. We've provided everything we can think of- all the dishes, glassware, silverware and cookware you are likely to need. Even kids plates and utensils.

GAME ROOM: has two game consoles with over 30 different games, foosball, pinball, & shuffleboard. All with a view!

MOVIE THEATER: The only thing you'll love more than the 10 reclining rocker seats is the adult-sized bean bag pit. Settle in and you may not want to leave. The theater comfortably accommodates 15 - more if you're cozy.

POOL TABLE, HOT TUB & PORCH SWING, nestled into opposite ends of the lower deck.

SPECIAL SURPRISES. A secret MAGICAL HIDEAWAY  upstairs takes kids to a forested getaway of their own. Downstairs there is a SPECIAL HOBBIT DOOR to the bunk room! 

KING BEDROOMS: Five very spacious bedrooms with ten foot ceilings. Four rooms have king beds. One king room has a private balcony. The main floor master has its own fireplace & en-suite bathroom with rain shower. The bunk room has two queen beds & four twin built-in bunks. Every room has a flat screen Roku TV.

BATHROOMS. Four full bathrooms Two with giant rain showers. Truly luxurious.

LAUNDRY: Free washer dryer on the main level

AMENITIES: We provide a starter set of coffee, creamer, body wash, soap, trash bags, dishwasher liquid & laundry detergent, toilet paper & paper towels. You may need to purchase more during your stay. There is no mid-stay cleaning service included, but trash pick-up can be arranged for an additional fee. Roku TVs in every room. There is no cable, but you can sign into any service you have through the Roku.

ACCESS DETAILS:

Check in at 4PM, Check out at 10 AM. The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. Guests are required to sign the renter agreement and schedule the security deposit hold to receive the door code. You will get a personalized door code the day before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys.

ROADS: This home is a great choice if you're concerned about how you'll get to the cabin. Wide roads to our cabin are all paved and not steep. Cell service is spotty in this region, we highly recommend you download the maps of the area for offline use prior to travel, just in case service is lost. 

PRIVATE PARKING: The driveway is relatively flat and holds 5 cars comfortably. 

ACCESSIBILITY: There are two steps to access the main level. The main floor king bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with no steps into the shower, and there is another large, accessible shower on the main level as well.

CLEANING PRACTICES: We have one of the absolute best cleaning teams in the Smoky Mountains. The cabin is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before every guest checks in. Surfaces are disinfected, bedding is changed and washed, and the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled.

SOME THINGS TO NOTE: 

❗️Guest access Instructions will be sent after the balance is paid in full and the rental agreement signed, and damage/security deposit information filled out.❗️

► MUST be 25 or older to book, sign rental agreement and schedule security deposit hold within 48 hrs of booking.

► NO SMOKING.

► PETS: Two pet maximum. $150.00 per pet fee. Only dogs allowed, no other pets. Absolutely no puppies. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the cabin. Guests are required to sign the pet addendum and assume financial responsibility for any additional damage due to pets including but not limited to cleaning, repair and replacement due to scratching, peeing or excrement in the cabin etc. Any violation of these rules are grounds for eviction and loss of security deposit. ►Service Animals- For service animals, we use the FAA service animal form. Animals may not be left unattended in the home.

►SECURITY CAMERA: There are security cameras in the front porch, and one on the back deck in place for your protection. They are pointed away from the cabin itself, and do not have audio capability. Touching or tampering with the cameras is a violation of your rental agreement and of our terms. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

►VIEW: In the fall, it is an explosion of colors but this house doesn't have an expansive view of the mountains. It is surrounded by trees. In the winter the view is of distant mountains and valley below. If you're dreaming of views of mountain tops, this is NOT the home for you.

►ROOF: The roof is metal with no attic. If a squirrel crawls on the roof or if it is raining, you will hear it, no need to be alarmed.

► While we have a regular pest control program the cabin is in an area that can have some pests(insects). As such, it is possible to get 4-6-8 legged or winged visitors both outside and inside. This cannot be 100% prevented. When staying at the cabin, NEVER leave food items in the vehicles, NEVER leave food, leftovers, or trash outside. Trash should be bagged & locked in bear-resistant trash containers (provided).

► Excessive cleaning charge - $300

Your cleaning fee assumes you have followed the check-out instructions. Trash is bagged, pots and pans are washed & returned & dishes are washed in dishwasher. Grill was cared for during stay and is reasonably clean. The house has been used, but there is no damage or extensive cleaning required to prepare for the next guest. If this is not the case and there is excessive cleaning required, an additional $300 will be deducted from your security deposit.
